Our 18-hole championship golf course is available for all bona fide golfers with one round of golf daily included for guests who book their stay directly with the hotel. If you haven't booked your tee time, please call 038 to do so. Our 9- hole approach course is available for all hotel residents and equipment can be collected from the Terrace Lounge. A drying room is available for hotel residents to leave their equipment in, should the weather be inclement. Tee times can be booked by calling 038 and speaking to the Golf Professional, along with the hire of buggies & other equipment. The Pro Shop is stocked with high-quality brands and is a must for those avid golfers and our PGA Professionals offer tuition should it be required.

Our indoor pool is open between 8am & 7pm daily with the heated outdoor pool open 9am - 6pm May to September and use is unlimited for hotel guests.

Bottled water can be found in your room on arrival and any further bottles required can be bought from the Terrace Lounge Bar and charged to your room. Alternatively, the water in the rooms is drinkable and ice can be provided free of charge. Please call reception to have this delivered to your room.
Safes can be found in all rooms and instructions on how to use them can be found on them. However, guests are recommended to maintain their own insurance cover on the items in question as the hotel cannot accept responsibility for any valuables.
2 Full-size snooker tables are available complimentary for hotel residents. Please collect the snooker balls from reception.
Housekeeping will service your room daily unless reception is notified differently Should guests prefer not to be disturbed please use the door hanger provided. Dressing gowns are provided in all bedrooms and guests are welcome to wear them to and from the spa.
For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, we are able to offer alternatives to our standard pillow and linen arrangements. Should you prefer sheets & blankets to our normal duvets please inform reception who will arrange for this to be changed. We also offer a range of pillows should you have a specific preference. Please contact reception who will be more than happy to meet your specific requirements.
Irons and ironing boards are available on request. Please dial 0 to have this brought to your room and once finished please leave them outside your room, or contact reception to have them collected.
The towels are refreshed daily by our dedicated housekeeping team. If you are happy to reuse your towels please place them on the towel rail. If you wish to have them replaced please put them in the bath or shower tray. Towels for use in the spa & outdoor pool can be collected from the Spa reception.
Guests can find an exclusive range of Gilchrist & Soames toiletries located in each bathroom. Should any additional items be required please contact reception.
