Using the finest produce from Cornish suppliers and newly refurbished in the gold and black colours that Cornwall is famous for, we present you the Taste of Cornwall brasserie.
For dining with a contemporary style, your perfect choice is the Carlyon Bay Brasserie, ‘Taste of Cornwall’ in St Austell, Cornwall. With a menu designed and inspired by the Cornish favourites, Head Chef Simon Brown and his team take the very best local, fresh Cornish ingredients including seafood from St Austell Bay and creates dishes that are simply magical. With fresh fish and seafood from St Ives to succulent meats from Cornish farms, you are guaranteed a taste of Cornwall that is hard to forget.
