Silver in the South West Tourism Awards 2021/22

Following the Gold Award success in the Cornwall Tourism Awards, the Carlyon Bay Hotel was delighted to win Silver in the South West. With hotels from Bath, Wiltshire and down through Devon & Cornwall, we were up against some of the finest hotels not just in the region but the whole of the country.

With the awards held at Sandy Park, Exeter it was a great occasion for General Manager Ali to go and represent both the Carlyon Bay and Brend Hotels and accept the award after the last two years' ceremonies were done via Zoom.

Brend Hotels Director, Matthew Brend was exceptionally proud of the team at Carlyon Bay for following up with the success in the County awards with silver throughout the region. The investment by the group continued through the winter along with the exceptional service and quality of the offering which is second to none within Cornwall. The disruption over the last two years with Covid-19 and the continued success of the hotel is down to the exceptionally hard-working and professionalism of the team.
