Gold Award-Winning Hotel in the South West
We are delighted to announce that the Carlyon Bay Hotel, has been awarded a Gold award at the South West Tourism Awards 2020/21 in the Large Hotel of the Year category.
Covering from Wiltshire, Dorset down to our fantastic county of Cornwall we were against some of the most prestigious hotels throughout the region and joins our Gold award in the Cornwall Tourism Awards earlier this year.

The family-run multi-award-winning Carlyon Bay Hotel is part of 11 luxury hotels throughout the South West and is known not just for its exceptional location, wide-range of facilities but the friendliness & professionalism of the staff and without whom this award would not have been possible.
Backed by the Brend family the hotel has undergone major investment throughout 2020 and early 2021 and this continued through the closures due to the Covid-19 crisis. Highlights included the complete transformation of the Terrace Lounge & Bar areas incorporating two bars at either end that would not look out of place at some of the most luxury & iconic hotels in the UK.
After such an unprecedented year, this award is a perfect boost and an amazing achievement as we approach the reopening of the hotel on Monday 17th May to our loyal customers & friends.
