Catering
We offer a range of options to suit every budget. Choose from four catering options featuring an array of savoury and sweet delights.
- Tea Spread £14.50 per person: Finger Sandwiches, Cake and Scones served with Jam and Cornish Clotted Cream.
- Cornish Table £15.50 per person: Cornish Pasty, Saffron Cake and Scones served with Jam & Cornish Clotted Cream.
- Savoury snacks £16.50 per person: Sandwiches, Sausage Rolls, Cocktail Pasty, Quiche and Crudites & Dips.
- Finger buffet £25 per person, with tea & coffee on arrival: Selection of Sandwiches, Cocktail Steak Cornish Pasties, Tandoori Spiced Chicken, Vegetable Samosas & Spring Rolls, Sweet Chilli & Soya Sauce Dip, Scotch Eggs, Deep Fried Fish Goujons, Homemade Quiche, Glazed with Cornish Cheddar, Grilled Local Leek & Mustard Sausages and Mini Homemade Scones Jam & Cornish Clotted Cream.

Carlyon Suite

The Carlyon Suite features air conditioning and is the ideal environment for a more intimate setting, allowing a more personalised approach to your celebration of life.

Terms & Conditions: A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. A week prior to your event the estimated balance of the account would need to be settled, this takes away the stress of organising payments on such an emotional day. A confirmed booking requires realistic numbers at the time of booking, however minor adjustments may be given up to a week before the event. Any cancellations after this point will be charged at the full rate. Please note that any special dietary requirements should be notified to us no later than one week prior. Any additional charges that are accrued on the day must be paid for on departure.
