- Membership cards will be issued by the Golf Secretary upon payment of membership and must be presented each and every time a purchase is made by the member to receive the discount along with a signature. We cannot apply the discount unless the card is present.
- A drink on us for your birthday. Must be claimed within 2 days of the birth date provided and a minimum of 2 main courses must be purchased. One free drink is limited to 1 pint of Beer/Lager or Glass of wine or a soft drink. You must inform us when booking that you are booking for your birthday and this will be verified against your discount card information.
- 10% off food & Beverages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- 10% off food & beverages is only available at the Calyon Bay Golf Club.
- No discount on food & beverages is available at the Carlyon Bay Hotel.
- To receive the Prosecco, the hole in one must be witnessed and the card signed.
- Room hire discounts are only applicable for personal events, not business or association bookings and must be paid for in advance by the cardholder.
- Accommodation bookings must be booked via the Golf Club and discount is not in conjunction with any other offers.
- Membership cards must be collected from the Golf Secretary.
- Cards cannot be used by anyone other than the member it is assigned to. Card numbers will be checked and misuse may result in the termination of your membership.
- Discount on food & drink excludes promotions and special events.
- Resignation from the club will require the return of the membership card.
- Voucher for Introduce a Friend cannot include someone who has been a member in the last 3 years and new members must pay in full for a 12-month membership to qualify for the Introduce a friend discount.
- Offer can be withdrawn at any time by the Carlyon Bay Golf Club.
