We recommend creating a free TrackMan account before your session. This allows you to save your scores, shot data and performance statistics, which you can access through the TrackMan Golf app after your visit.
Yes. Download the free TrackMan Golf app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before your booking. You'll use the app to log into the simulator and save your results.
Yes, you can play as a guest. However, guest sessions are not saved, so you won't be able to view your scores, statistics or shot history after your session.
Yes. The simulator is perfect for groups. Each player can log in with their own TrackMan account to save their individual scores and statistics.
Up to four players can enjoy a virtual round together, making it ideal for friends, family or group bookings.
Absolutely. The TrackMan simulator is suitable for golfers of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced players. You can enjoy casual games, practice sessions or play world-famous golf courses.

Yes, provided you are logged into your TrackMan account before you begin your session. Your results will be available in the TrackMan Golf app after you finish playing.
Yes, normal golf balls and tees can be used in the bays. However, any golf balls used must be clean, unscratched and cannot have any pen markings on them as dirt and ink transfer onto the screens. The Trackman launch monitors are also more responsive to plain golf balls, so any with lines or patterns occasionally don't register. Our pro shop stocks a full range of balls to purchase.
Clean, soft-soled golf shoes or trainers are recommended. Please avoid shoes with excessively dirty spikes or footwear that could damage the simulator surface.
Sessions are of 1 hour duration, but you can add additional time at the point of booking in 60-minute time slots.
Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before your booking. If you've already downloaded the TrackMan Golf app and created your account, you'll be ready to start playing on time.
Yes. The TrackMan Golf Simulator is available to both members and visitors. Simply book your preferred time and follow our guide to create your free TrackMan account before you arrive.
Yes. The simulator can be used for coaching sessions with our PGA Professionals. Please contact the Pro Shop for more information and lesson availability.

Yes, the studio is designed to allow easy access to the room. An easy-access WC is available in the clubhouse.
Children are very welcome in the studio; however, young persons under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18.
Free parking is available on site for the duration of your session.
Yes, we have a snack menu and drinks service that can be ordered via a QR code brought directly to you from the clubhouse.
We operate a 24 hour policy for all simulator cancellations. As long as you cancel at least the day before your booking, then you will receive a full refund, or you may move the booking to another day/time. Should you need to cancel on the day of your session, then unfortunately your booking will remain charged in full.
