Falmouth boasts a proud, long history as the first deepwater port of call for sailing ships in Cornwall and it's harbour and alehouses have long been the backdrop for choruses of merry maritime music. It’s therefore no surprise that this celebration of traditional Cornish shanties and songs of the sea is celebrated here every year, welcoming thousands of locals and visitors of all ages!
