Competition Terms & Conditions:
- This is a promotion by Brend Hotels (the Promoter).
- While the Carlyon Bay Hotel will be attending the Wedding Extravaganza at Truro Cathedral, we are not otherwise affiliated with the event.
- The winner will receive tickets to attend the wedding extravaganza at Truro Cathedral.
- There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated, and the prize is not transferable, and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
- The prize draw will be overseen by an independent observer, and one winner will be selected on a random basis from the qualifying entries received using a third-party app and announced on our Facebook & Instagram pages. We will also notify the winner by posting on our socials and replying to their comment. If there is no response within 7 days, Brend Hotels reserves the right to select another winner at random from amongst the entrants to the prize draw.
- The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 01.08.25. Entries received outside this time period will not be entered into the prize draw.
- The winner will be announced on Saturday 2nd August 2025.
- The winner will be chosen at random using third-party software.
- To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must FOLLOW us, LIKE & COMMENT on the post.
- Brend Hotels accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the wedding extravaganza at Truro Cathedral).
- The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel this promotion at any stage.
- The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- It is a condition of entry that these Terms and Conditions are accepted, and entry into the prize draw shall constitute acceptance.
