On a glorious Cornwall summer’s day, you may also want to enjoy the heated outdoor pool, which is right alongside The Spa. When it comes to our therapies, you can choose from over 40 indulgent treatments to help you look and feel your best. Many are based on the gorgeous products and therapies from the world-renowned Elemis Spa Therapy range and OPI Professional Nail Care.

In the hotel spa treatment room, you will enjoy an exceptional experience, with a heated bed, carefully placed pillows for your comfort and a highly trained therapist who takes the time and care to ensure your experience is simply heavenly.

Spa Features

Spa features include an Indoor Pool (Depth 1 m—1.5m, Length 12.1m by 6.3m) and outdoor Heated Pool (Depth 1 m—1.5m, Length 23m by 8m), heated stone loungers, spa bath; steam room; sauna, experience shower treatment rooms & nail studio, comfortable loungers around the pool & Spa Bar. 

Gym

Our gym facilities include a powermill climber, cross-trainer, treadmill, exercise bike, multi-press, leg extension/leg curl dual machine, dual adjustable pulley and Free weights.

Please note: To maximise your experience whilst visiting the spa, please tell your therapist about any health and medical conditions prior to your treatment. For serious medical conditions and pregnancy, limitations may apply to some treatments.
