Crowned Best for Families - Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2019!

We are delighted to share that we have been crowned the Best for Families in the Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2019 in the UK & Ireland!

We pride ourselves in going the extra mile to ensure that everyone has a sensational time as our guest, being awarded the Best for Families is an achievement we are very proud to receive. Families are at the heart of our hotels. The Carlyon Bay Hotel, along with all 11 hotels in the Brend Hotel group, remains a genuine family business with the Brend Family being closely involved in the day to day running of the hotels. 

The Johansens Awards are created to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across their recommended properties, their world-renowned Awards for Excellence are a trusted mark of quality recognised by consumers and travel professionals alike.

Our director Mr Matthew Brend has personally thanked the staff at Carlyon Bay Hotel for all their effort and hard work over the past few years. "Without you, we would not have been able to achieve these awards and the continuing success and guest satisfaction that we are achieving".

The award was gratefully collected by our General Manager Mr Ali Ennaji, at the Black Tie awards ceremony May Fair Hotel in London. The Annual Awards Dinner celebrates the best hotels across the world, which continue to raise the benchmark in luxury travel. Mr Ennaji has expressed his thanks to Condé Nast Johansens and the May Fair Hotel for a wonderful evening.
