Our team is back and it won't be long until we can welcome you all for what is set to be a monumental re-opening. We are all working hard to ensure that operations can run as seamlessly as possible for our guests so that all you have to worry about is leaving your bags at the door and stepping into a world of relaxation, adventure, and luxury. Before you step foot on the warm sand of St Austell Bay, it is advised that you pre-book our facilities to avoid disappointment as we are currently running at a limited capacity due to Covid-19 stipulations. To do this, please read the information below so that we can cater to your individual needs and tailor your experience with us to leave you with that Carlyon feeling.
Dining Times
Our reservation team are available daily on 01726 812304 and will happily take not just hotel reservations, but dining times for your stay. Our award-winning restaurant will be open to guests for breakfast from 7:30 am 'til 10:30 am and 6:30 pm until 9 pm for our dinner service. It is essential whilst booking to let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies so we can arrange a bespoke menu with our chefs. Alternatively, please email reservations@carlyonbay.com
Spa Treatments
Using the luxury brands Elemis & OPI our experienced team of therapists are available between 9 am and 6 pm daily on 01726 811015 to book your treatment. Treatments will be available between 9 am & 6 pm from May 17th. Alternatively, please email spa@carlyonbay.com
Golf Tee Times
Our 18 hole championship golf course can be extremely busy especially in the mornings and our Golf Professional is available daily between 8 am & 5 pm on 01726 812304 (option 4) to book your preferred tee time. Alternatively, please email proshop@carlyonbay.com
