Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

We appreciate booking a holiday during the current climate is not an easy task so that's why we have reviewed our cancellation policy to give you complete peace of mind. 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival full charges will apply. 

However, should your cancellation be as a result of Covid-19 or any government restrictions please contact us to discuss your options. 

The cancellations linked to Covid-19 include: 

  • Yourself or anyone in your party has tested positive for Covid-19

  • Displaying symptoms of Covid-19

  • Have been asked to isolate due to Covid-19 within 10 days of your arrival date

  • Hotel closure 

  • UK Government restrictions on travel
