The Carlyon Bay Hotel is looking for a full time chef de partie to add to its AA rosette winning team working alongside an experienced brigade in a kitchen supplying two restaurants using the best local and seasonal produce.

The applicant must be:

  • Reliable & trustworthy
  • Able to work as a team and as an individual
  • Able to work to a consistent and high standard in a busy environment

Terms:

  • The applicant will work a mixture of shifts including straight and split shifts
  • The applicant will be required to work 5 days aweek including weekends and national bank holidays
