The Carlyon Bay Hotel is a fantastic venue set on the Cornish coast. As a member of the Brend Group the hotel is renowned for excellent standards both in product and service.

We are looking for a Temporary Human Resources Manager to support the management team in achieving company objectives, ensuring legal compliance and providing our teams with an exemplary on-boarding experience.

  • Recruitment and on-boarding management - ensuring the best available candidates have the best experience at the hotel.
  • Performance management - getting the best out of the team.

  • Supporting managers with disciplinary/grievance procedures.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally CIPD qualified (or equivalent)  but knowledge and general experience are equally valued. We can offer flexible working where possible.
