Breakfast Chef
Our stunning 4* coastal hotel is busy throughout the year and offers beautiful views over the bay. We are currently looking for a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen brigade.
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfasts and support the team with food preparation and bakery whilst overseeing the morning trade within the kitchen.

Main Duties:
 Prepare fresh ingredients
 Cook food and prepare food in a timely manner
 Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
 Maintain Health, Safety, Food & Hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
 Liaise with Head Chef to ensure the smooth execution of day to day processes
 Support other sections such as bar snacks within the brigade
The ideal candidate for Breakfast Chef:

 Previous experience as Breakfast Chef in a high-end hospitality business (not essential) 
 Experience working in a fast-paced environment
 Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday on early starting shifts 
 Excellent team player with great communication skills
