As a Commis Chef at The Carlyon Bay Clubhouse you will be working as a valued member of a friendly kitchen brigade demonstrating a real passion for food.
You will be working under the direction of our Head Chef and alongside a small team of experienced chefs to produce high quality breakfast,lunch and dinner dishes. There will also be independent working giving you responsibility, showing flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
You will be encouraged to input and have own ownership in the kitchen,you will be preparing dishes for clubhouse members and guests alike but also have the opportunity to develop and be trained with progression in mind!
You will be expected to comply with all food safety policies,procedures and practices as well as being aware of allergens etc.

The right candidate
You will need a passion for hospitality and customer service, an eye for detail and excellent hygiene standards.
You will be a vital member of our team and will need to be able to demonstrate continued reliability.
You will be keen to learn and develop new skills.
40 hours per week on a rota basis, straight shifts ,weekends and evening work.
